ate specials include a 20% discount for stays of one week and 30% for stays of a month or longer. Six percent sales tax is added to any stay less than thirty days.

Diana Room: $91.00 per night plus 6% WV sales tax.  No additional charge for double occupancy.  The price includes a full breakfast.

Teddy Roosevelt Suite: $125.00 per night plus 6% WV sales tax.  No additional charge for double occupancy.  The price includes a full breakfast.

Antiques Gallery:

We have authentic 19th century American pattern glass (such as the example pictured here), pristine Victorian-era beadwork flowers, and other antiques and collectables available for sale to our guests.  All items pictured are subject to prior sale.

 

Gary Sherman:

Gary Sherman is a self-taught African-American artist residing in Oklahoma.  Though Sherman began painting late in life, he easily mastered a wide variety of historical painting styles and his beautifully-framed interpretations of the masters are hung throughout the house.  Most of these paintings (including the Edgar Degas-inspired dancer pictured here) are available for sale to our guests.  All paintings are subject to prior sale.

William D. Goebel

William D. Goebel’s pen and ink drawings chronicled the architectural legacy of West Virginia with a special emphasis on Charleston.  The owners of 28 Bradford Street commissioned a pen and ink drawing of the house from Mr. Goebel and later purchased a limited-edition print based on the drawing.  The prints are from an un-numbered edition of 500 and each is pencil-signed by the artist.  These unframed prints are available to our guests for $40.00 each.
